Initial visit with a new practice. I am in my 40s with a lot of active years to preserve in my future. I scheduled an appointment with Timberline because their reviewers seemed to share a similar sentiment. I was not disappointed. The doctor listened, took X-rays and suggested basic exercises plus a potential gear switch so as not to aggravate the inflammation.
